Aspyn’s Horizon is committed to providing families communities and partners with a safe, loving, and purpose-driven curriculum. It will provide workshops, and activities and work with other collaborative partnerships, to provide tips, resources, and support with parenting, trauma, and other ever-changing community needs.
Zion’s Zen is an extension of Aspyn’s Horizon. It is a Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Practice. Jenice Zayas is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Trauma Yoga Instructor, and Certified Prenatal Instructor. Jenice has a variety of skill sets that she continues to develop and grow on to ensure that she can support her community in all the ever-changing needs.
