Masa Madre is a proud Queens-based artisanal bakery rooted in Latin American tradition. We specialize in naturally leavened sourdough, using a natural yeast culture that we've been carefully fermenting and feeding for over three years. Our name, Masa Madre, comes from the Spanish term for ""mother dough""—a nod to our commitment to traditional, time-honored baking methods.

In addition to our breads and pastries, we offer handmade tamales and Torta sandwiches. Our menu changes with the seasons, allowing us to showcase fresh, vibrant flavors year-round.
