Founded and led by Jennifer Ruiz Blandon, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and proud Latina, the practice provides a healing space where clients explore identity, release guilt and overwhelm, and learn to honor both their heritage and their personal dreams. Through holistic, culturally responsive therapy, this practice uplifts Latinx women navigating intergenerational responsibility, perfectionism, and emotional burnout—helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom and find balance, pride, and peace.
