Our Founder: Liliana Cepeda

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and a proud Latina herself, Liliana has always seen the impact that having a strong sense of community can have on people at any stage in their lives. She loves seeing how people can come together to share stories or experiences and work together to uplift one another.

Inspired by this, she began working on Conectados in 2022, with the goal of further connecting and uplifting the voices of the Latinx community in NYC. She studied Entrepreneurship at Baruch College, where she received her Bachelors in Business Administration. She also has professional experience with Non-Profit Fundraising & Development.
