Pisqueya [pees-keh-yah] is a premium line of sauces and seasonings that celebrates authentic Latin flavors from the Caribbean. We are a clean label brand that offers a convenient way to add "Sabor" to your meal at home, inspired by the gap in Hispanic Caribbean representation in the global food market. The very ingredients that represent the vibrancy and culture of our traditions have been replaced by low value, artificial flavors. We’re changing that! Every Pisqueya recipe originates from my family kitchen, Puerto Viejo, the oldest Dominican restaurant in NYC operating in Brooklyn since 1986.
